1、 Light pole:
1. The light pole is made of high-quality low-carbon steel Q235A produced by Shanghai Baosteel. The silicon content of the steel is no more than 0.04%. The bottom of the lamp pole is equipped with a flange plate, and the installation hole distance of the flange plate is Ø x, which is installed on the foundation through anchor bolts. 3. The welding method of the lamp pole is automatic submerged arc welding. The welding is reliable, the surface is smooth, and there are no obvious welding defects such as pores, weld beading and undercut. The ultrasonic flaw detection meets the requirements of gbl1345 class II standard.
4. The anti-corrosion treatment of steel rods adopts internal and external hot-dip galvanizing. The galvanizing process goes through pickling, hot-dip galvanizing, water washing, phosphating, passivation and other processes. The surface of the galvanized layer is smooth and beautiful, with consistent luster, no wrinkle, sagging, zinc tumor, peeling, spots, internal and external surfaces and other defects. The thickness of the zinc layer reaches more than 86um, which meets the national standard GB / t13912-92, The adhesion of zinc coating meets the requirements of gb2694-88, and the anti-corrosion life is more than 30 years.  
5. After hot galvanizing, the lamp pole shall be subject to electrostatic plastic spraying (color can be selected). Before plastic spraying, it shall be ground to increase adhesion. During plastic spraying, the curing time and temperature shall be strictly controlled to ensure that the plastic layer is uniform, smooth and free of pores. The thickness of plastic spraying layer is ≥ 1ooum, the adhesion reaches gb9286-880, the surface is smooth, and the hardness is ≥ 2H.
2、 Lamps:
1. The lamp body and cover are made of aluminum alloy die-casting, and the surface is treated by electrostatic spraying. The structure is light and corrosion-resistant. The anti-corrosion performance of lamp shell is grade II; Protection grade IP65; The anti electric shock level is class I. Comply with the provisions of safety requirements and tests for lamps (gb7000.1-2000).
2. The reflector is made of high-purity aluminum and processed by anodizing and electrochemical polishing. It has the characteristics of stable optical performance and high reflectivity.
3. The light transmission cover adopts curved high-strength tempered glass, which can withstand high temperature above 200 ℃, high light transmittance and impact resistance.
4. The reflector, toughened glass cover and lamp holder are integrated with sealing adhesive to form an internal bubble changing structure, which has good sealing performance. The sealing ring can withstand high temperature above 250 ℃ and the sealing degree reaches IP66.

Shanghai Philips 250W high-pressure sodium lamp is adopted, equipped with Philips ballast, trigger and capacitor, and Philips energy-saving lamp. (or other brands selected by the user)
